Big Loud Records Hires Lauren "LT" Thomas

Big Loud Records has announced the hiring of industry veteran Lauren “LT” Thomas as SVP, Radio Promotion, effective immediately. LT joins Big Loud Records’ radio promotion leadership team in tandem with fellow SVP, Radio Promotion, Tyler Waugh, both of whom report to EVP of Radio Promotion, Stacy Blythe.

LT joins Big Loud Records from her role as SVP of Promotion at Sony Music Nashville, where she contributed to nearly 100 No. 1 hits. She led promotion efforts for Columbia and RCA Nashville and previously spent five years at KMLE-FM in Phoenix. Thomas has been seen on various industry lists including Billboard Executive of the Week (2024), Variety’s 2023 Hitmakers, CRS/Country Aircheck Awards SVP/VP of the Year and National of the Year, Country Aircheck Power 31, and Billboard’s 40 Under 40. She currently serves as co-chair of the St. Jude Country Cares Label Advisory Board.
