HAYLO Music Signs Canaan Smith to Exclusive Co-Publishing Deal

HAYLO Music, an independent music company founded by Tyler Hubbard, has announced the signing of Canaan Smith to an exclusive co-publishing deal, administered by Endurance Music Group.

A Williamsburg, Virginia native, Smith joins HAYLO with a seasoned history of artist and songwriting successes, including the platinum single “Love You Like That”, as well as cuts by Tyler Hubbard, Cody Johnson, Jason Aldean, HIXTAPE feat. Morgan Wallen and HARDY, and Cole Swindell. Notably, Smith co-wrote Tyler Hubbard’s newest single “Park” with Hubbard, Ashley Gorley, and Jesse Frasure, which hits radio today, June 17.

“I’m excited and honored to have Canaan on board as HAYLO’s first official writer. I’ve written songs with Canaan longer than just about anybody in this town and I’ve always considered him one of the best,” says Hubbard. “Not only is Canaan an incredible songwriter and creative but also an amazing guy that I highly respect as we build the foundation and culture of HAYLO Music.”

Hubbard officially announced HAYLO Music in March 2024. He and GM Josh Saxe have plans to expand its physical and creative presence in Nashville in the upcoming year.
